Smash Responsibly: What You Need to Know.
1. Safety and gear
- Mandatory protective equipment: You’ll be provided and required to wear protective eyewear, a helmet with a face shield, protective coveralls and gloves.
- Proper footwear: Closed-toe shoes with hard soles are essential to protect your feet from broken objects and tools.
2. Rules and behavior
- Age Limit: 14+ with a parent or guardian present (for the rage room).
- Signed Waiver: You’ll be required to sign a waiver agreeing to the rules and releasing liability before entering the room.
- Controlled Environment: Rage rooms are designed for controlled destruction, and rules are in place to ensure safety.
These include:
- No throwing tools or hitting walls/floors with tools.
- No hitting other participants or acting recklessly.
- No climbing on equipment or destroying items not intended for breaking.
3. Booking and arrival
- Advance Booking: Booking in advance is generally recommended, especially for groups or popular time slots.
- Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for checking in, signing waivers, and getting geared up.
